Function Rooms

Our Club House is a great venue to organise your private and business events in London, accommodating up to 1000 people. The recently restored function rooms create a remarkable opportunity for you to entertain, communicate or reward your clients, friends and stakeholders. Rooms include the original Victorian Ball Room with a capacity of up to 450 people for a seated dinner and the splendid Old Billiard Room & Annex.

Reciprocal Clubs

Thanks to our association with Club Quarters, our members now have access to reciprocal clubs of a very high standard all over the world. Please obtain a 'Letter of Introduction for Reciprocal Clubs' from the Club Secretary prior to each visit and check if there are any restrictions to the respective Clubs.

Book a room

There are 288 four star rooms spread over 8 floors at 8 Northumberland Avenue. You can combine bedrooms and suites to create a family room.

The standard bed size is queen size. Twin beds are available upon request in standard rooms and in some studios.

Each of these rooms has a workstation with task lighting, network printing and ergonomic chairs. They further include flat-screen LCD TV, 2-line speaker and cordless phones and MP3 alarm clock radios with iPod docking station and CD player. Every room has a bathroom with a make-up/shaving mirror, toilet and shower.

Check in time is from 3:00pm and check out time is noon. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged. You can check in as late as 6:00am the day after you are due to arrive. Your credit card automatically guarantees your room. Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Diner’s Club are all accepted.
